कापसाचे महामंडळ लिमिटेड (CCI) हे भारत सरकारच्या वस्त्र मंत्रालय अंतर्गत येणारे सरकारी कंपनी आहे. 1970 मध्ये स्थापन झालेल्या या संस्थेचे प्रमुख कार्य कापूस उत्पादकांना मदत करणे आणि त्यांचे उत्पादन योग्य दरात विक्रीला आणणे आहे.

CCI मुख्यत: कापसाची खरेदी, विक्री आणि व्यापार करतो. जेव्हा बाजारात कापसाचे दर किमान समर्थन दर (MSP) पेक्षा कमी होतात, तेव्हा CCI शेतकऱ्यांकडून थेट कापूस खरेदी करून त्यांना योग्य दर सुनिश्चित करतो.
