भारतात मोठमोठी कामं करायला म्हणजे रस्ते, पूल, वीज प्रकल्प, रेल्वे योजना यासाठी खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणावर पैशांची गरज असते. ही कामं सरकार एकटं करत नाही; खासगी कंपन्याही यात हातभार लावतात. पण अशा मोठ्या प्रकल्पांसाठी निधी मिळवणं खूप कठीण असतं.हीच अडचण लक्षात घेऊन भारत सरकारने **"नॅशनल बँक फॉर फायनान्सिंग इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर अँड डेव्हलपमेंट"** ही एक खास बँक उभारली आहे.


ही बँक मुख्यतः देशात पायाभूत सुविधांच्या (Infrastructure) मोठ्या प्रकल्पांना आर्थिक मदत पुरवते. म्हणजेच, कुठलाही मोठा प्रकल्प सुरू करताना जेव्हा कंपन्यांना मोठा पैसा हवा असतो, तेव्हा NaBFID त्यांना कर्ज देते किंवा गुंतवणूक करते.

**National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID)**


In India, building big projects like roads, bridges, power plants, and railway systems needs a huge amount of money. These projects are not handled by the government alone; private companies also take part. But arranging funds for such large projects is often very difficult.




###### To solve this problem, the Government of India set up a special bank called the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID).


This bank mainly provides financial help for big infrastructure projects across the country. Whenever companies need a large amount of money to start a major project, NaBFID either gives them loans or invests in their projects.


This bank is **not** for regular customers — it doesn’t offer savings accounts, fixed deposits, or similar services.


It is created **only** to support large infrastructure projects.


In short, **NaBFID** is a strong financial support system that helps make India's big dreams a reality.
